what happened to the loops?

Many are gone now with the new update and OS 11 is required...my computer can't handle it... I need my textures and sound effects back!

If you updated to a newer version of OS and your PC can't handle it you can always downgrade for free. after you do you can go back to apple store and reinstall the garage band app. After you install once you open up the app it should give you the option to install the loop library
