Is there a way to mass upload Zendesk Company IDs so we don't have to manual input them in each client in CS?

Yes, the support team can do it for you and I think they are enabling custom imports, but unsure on when/if this be in scope.

I will answer my own question from the answer I received by the CS support team (Chance). Chance said that they can mass upload the organization ID from Zendesk. This would automatically populate our Zendesk tickets into the corresponding module.
