What are the top tools for visualizing customer experience flows?

Looking for platforms that help CX teams design, share, and analyze customer experience flows in a clear and collaborative way. Ideally, the tools should balance ease of use, creativity, and data-driven insights.

Hoping to find something that’s:

  • Intuitive and easy for teams to adopt
  • Strong in real-time collaboration and sharing
  • Flexible in visualization styles (structured or creative)
  • Capable of integrating or analyzing customer data
