Dialpad Ai Voice has features that we did not even know we needed! Just the uninterrupted service has improved our call connections alone. Transcription has been a value add. It is so easy to use, the training was minimal, the transition period went great. The Dialpad Support Team has been incredible, with little to no down time! The only downside is the compatibililty with some headsets. Some callers are not able to hear our team when they answer the calls. And we are still working through the transcription picking up 100% accuracy, but we are looking into adding to the dictionary to help in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
