
The most helpful AI Agent that we have been using is the Inbound Agent. This agent has significantly helped to screen inbound website requests, qualify those requests and interact as a human would interact. Even with CAPTCHA qualifiers, we would still get a few spambots coming in each day. Now, we only see the qualified humans who are actually interested in our services. This has cut down on spam and increased efficiency. We've been able to convert almost every inbound lead to an actual customer. The outbound agent also works great and I see value in that agent; though cold reachouts are much trickier to land. We've actually been able to get face time with two leads through the outbound agent, out of hundreds of reachouts. My guess is that is par for the course when it comes to outbound, cold-call efforts. I like the ease of use of the portal and enjoy that Revscale is constantly adding additional functionality. Additionally, I appreciated the Ease of Implementation, the support we get from Revscale, the proactive nature of the company and some value added benefits like helping us with some social media content that we can seamlessly schedule. The outbound agent has generated a lot of activity in my LinkedIn. We don't have a dedicated sales specialist at our company and I'm having to really pay attention to my LinkedIn. Though, one thing I do like is that if there is a potential lead that I don't respond to, the agent will send me an email telling me I should reach out to some folks who expressed interest. Not necessarily a dislike about the product, as it is doing what it is supposed to do.
