What I like best about Snagit is how simple it makes capturing and sharing information. I can grab screenshots or recordings in seconds and instantly mark them up with arrows, highlights, or text to explain what I’m showing. The editing tools are straightforward, so I don’t waste time figuring things out. It also saves me from having to write long instructions since I can just show what I mean. Whether I’m documenting a process, troubleshooting an issue, or making a quick visual note, Snagit helps me communicate clearly and get work done faster without adding extra steps or frustration. My main frustrations with Snagit stem from the administrative aspects rather than the software itself. The price seems somewhat steep, particularly when setting up several users for a team. License management could be more streamlined, as the process of activating everyone often takes longer than anticipated. Additionally, the response times from the sales or support teams are sometimes slower than I would like, which adds to the difficulty of scaling or resolving account issues.
