What I like most about Teampay is how efficient it is to manage company finances through it. Being able to provide digital company cards, have accurate records of transactions and easy to upload receipts are just some of the reasons why I enjoy using Teampay and highly recommend it to businesses who is interested in a product like this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

"Great solution for controlling and automating corporate expenses"
What do you like best about Teampay?

What I like most about Teampay is the ease of use combined with real-time visibility of expenses. It greatly simplifies the process of requesting and approving expenses, which reduces time lost on internal bureaucracy and helps teams stay focused on work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

A limitation I observed is the customization of more complex workflows, especially for companies with more sophisticated approval structures. Additionally, integration with some older ERPs may require additional technical support or custom development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Procurement Management & Digital records for purchases for School & Sports Teams"
What do you like best about Teampay?

I love that I can make a request, add little notes for my approving supervisor. I also find it helpful that I can visibly see all of my transactions and have a record of submitted receipts. I love the immediacy of use once a request is approved. Our school recently started using the features of adding the card to applewallet which has helped with in-store purchases. I use teampay quite a bit. I have made almost 100 transactions. I am excited about the possibility of managing my $25,000 team budget and sponsorships with the tool this year. I didn’t receive formal training, but the online tutorial videos and the intuitive design made it easy to get up to speed. I was able to start using Teampay confidently with minimal ramp-up time.” I can't recall any interactions with customer support and I believe this is a testament of the online support tools that are available and the system being easily accessible to its userbase. "Teampay always comes in handy"
What do you like best about Teampay?

I appreciate how I can make requests easily and purchases fairly quickly. What I like best about Teampay is how it balances flexibility for employees with control for the finance team. It makes the spending process simple and intuitive, so people can get what they need without waiting on long approvals or going out-of-pocket. At the same time, finance gets real-time visibility and guardrails, which keeps everything compliant and predictable. That combination of empowerment and control is what really stands out to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

if you request an amount then discover you need more, you may need to cancel and re-submit instead of editing; or once a card is set up (single-use vs multi-use), you may not be able to change it. refunds sometimes are hard to track Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease of Team Pay"
What do you like best about Teampay?

I love the fact of less paper and adding your receipts digitally. Also the ease of purchasing is great.

Overall I do feel that it is easy to use and implement within what we do. I purchase a lot so I am using it quite frequently.

It was easily integrated in what we do. I do like having a physical card for random purchases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

Initially we had an issue with multiple addresses on Amazon. Everything was sent to the default address but it was resolved.

If you don't pick weekly, the cards will not auto refill and therefor when you go to make a purchase your wait is longer waiting on the approval.

Even if a purchase goes over a penny it still gets declined.

Having to wait for an approval is not always helpful if something needs to be ordered immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes expense tracking and approvals way easier"
What do you like best about Teampay?

Team pay makes it super easy to request and track purchases across teams. The approval flow is straightforward, and it helps avoid confusion or delays when trying to get things authorized. I like that everything is centralized and digital-- no back-and -forth emails or unclear expense chains. It also keeps me from overspending or missing receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

Sometimes the interface can lag or feel a bit clunky, especially if multiple request are pending at once. It could also benefit from a more intuitive mobile view for when I'm on the go. But overall, it gets the job done and keeps our purchasing process organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Teampay"
What do you like best about Teampay?

Automation. Our company has a large number of credit card transactions each month that previously required hours of tedious data entry. Using Teampay all of these transactions are automatically entered into Quickbooks shortly after they are made. This has freed up time for our accounting staff and made account reconciliation take a few clicks versus an hour or two each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

The billpay feature hasn't worked well for us, yet. Some of our vendor invoices are structured in a manner that are not able to be read properly by Teampay's software, so we have not onboarded that feature yet. Looking forward to this saving more time for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A lot of bugs so far"
What do you like best about Teampay?

I like being able to take a picture of a receipt right away to upload it. I don't have to hold onto it and remember to do it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

So far, the Amazon integration has been full of bugs. For the first few weeks we had it, TeamPay wouldn't go to Amazon to be able to start purchasing. Once it did take me to Amazon, my delivery address would get changed without notice. I would make the purchase, double-check the address, then send it for approval. Once it was approved, the address would get automatically changed by the system, not the approver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Teampay is safe, secure & timely"
What do you like best about Teampay?

I have been using Teampay for the last five years and am also one of the approvers in my organisation. This is so cool because anyone can easily raise a card request and get it approved by the approvers, and the spending is so simple that even a first-time user can easily make the transaction. The reporting, schedules, and transaction view are very good and minimalistic. Kudos to the Teampay team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

The card cannot be used in Indian transactions, which have to be reworked by Teampay management. We have to depend on other suppliers for transactions in India or other currencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Teampay is better than competition"
What do you like best about Teampay?

I like how easy it is to request and approve purchases without having to go through endless email chains. The interface is intuitive, and it gives our team more autonomy while still keeping finance in control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

Sometimes the platform feels a bit rigid — if a purchase doesn’t fit neatly into the approval flow, it can take extra steps to resolve. The reporting features could also be more customizable to better match different department needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
