I appreciate being able to keep track of everything on a monthly basis - Completed and what task are delayed, Who is doing it. The reconciliation feature, along with the automatic reconciliation, is particularly useful for large data set. I also like how adaptable the platform is and how well it integrates with Google Docs. Sometimes it crashes and I loose all my data and have start the process from very beginning. I also don't like how after i check the completion if someone else touches my google doc, the complete checkmark would be automatically removed with notifying me and also it should lock in once the file is done. Additionally, I am not impressed with the AI features and explanations, which do not stand out from other offerings. I also believe there is an issue with overpromising and underdelivering common to many SaaS companies. I would prefer if the company focused more on perfecting the core product and customer experience. Specifically, I find the lack of customizability in variance analysis frustrating, such as the ability to view journal entries not yet posted to the general ledger without having to reach out to FQ to build out this functionality. These are a few things I like about FloQast:

- Checklist feature where the due dates are only based on working days, ensuring the due date to be more accurate.

- ReMind feature to automatically send out the request for reports / vendor estimates.

- Most of the features on Floqast portal is user friendly, and very easy to use and implement.

- Variance Analysis - allowing each individuals team member to create their own flux, creating multiple version of templates, and need to open each version to ensure I am using the correct one. It will be great if the creation of analysis is restricted to 1-2 admin

- Dashboard - as part of Sept-2025 close, these feature did not show up on my dashboard - reconciliation, notes, analytics, variance analysis. Only when I click on the email notification on variance analysis, then the feature pop-up. Not sure what happen, but it did not create a huge burden/issues for me due to email reminder.
